House Parenting
HOUSE PARENTING
As a residential school, VIS fully understands the need for guardianship and adult supervision in the formative years. A houseparent – an experienced residential faculty member lives with the students to help them fulfil their needs.
The houseparent creates awareness of various issues and guides them, help overcome the challenges they face every day.
The houseparent guides and motivates students to help identify their strengths, weaknesses and opportunities by reaching out with the much-needed critical support.
They help boarders value the importance of discipline, leaving an indelible imprint in their lives forever.
