Independence Day 2025: Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom at VIS 🇮🇳

The spirit of patriotism filled the air as VIS proudly celebrated Independence Day 2025 on campus. The event was marked by vibrant performances, heartfelt tributes, and a shared sense of pride in our nation’s journey.

We were privileged to welcome Dr. M. Mohan Babu, I.R.S., Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (Transfer Pricing, Chennai, Tamil Nadu) & Director to the Government of India, as our esteemed Chief Guest. His presence added immense value to the celebration, inspiring students with his words on responsibility, integrity, and the importance of contributing to the nation’s progress.

Under the leadership of our Principal, Mr. K. Prabhakaran, the event began with the unfurling of the national flag, followed by a series of cultural programs that showcased the creativity and patriotism of our VISionaries. Students presented stirring performances through songs, speeches, dances, and skits, each reflecting the values of unity, courage, and sacrifice that form the foundation of our independence.

The celebration was not just a remembrance of history but also a call to carry forward the ideals of our freedom fighters into the future. With pride and hope, VIS pledged to nurture responsible citizens who will continue to build a stronger, brighter India.
