FEE POLICY

1. School fees must be paid by NEFT/RTGS bank transfer only; no other mode of payment will be accepted.

2. Fees are payable in two instalments as prescribed by the school, only on or before the scheduled dates. Alternatively, the entire academic year’s fees may be paid in one instalment at the time of admission.

3. Once paid, fees are non-transferable, non-adjustable, and non-refundable under any circumstances, except as specified in the refund policy.

4. If admission is cancelled mid-term, all dues must be cleared. Applications for withdrawal must be submitted to the office at least two working days before the end of the term.

5. Service tax and other statutory taxes must be paid separately, as and where applicable.

6. If the fee is not paid by the due date, a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per week will be levied.

7. No student whose fees remain unpaid in whole or in part will be permitted to sit for the Board examination.

8. The school reserves the right to revise or amend the Fee Schedule at any time.
FEE REFUND POLICY

1. Admission and application fees, once paid to the school, are non-refundable under any circumstances or for any reason, including if a student withdraws admission or notifies the school of the intention not to attend, whether before the academic year commences or after joining but before the end of the academic year.

2. If a student withdraws admission any time before the scheduled commencement of the academic session, any applicable refund will be processed by NEFT bank transfer within 30 days of formal withdrawal, subject to the following condition:
i) If a student withdraws admission more than 30 working days before the scheduled start date of the academic session, the term fees will be refunded.

3. After the academic year begins, whether or not a student joins classes, term fees and other charges already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the student withdraws or leaves before the end of the term. All unpaid fees must still be paid.

4. If the school does not grant admission, a refund will be processed after deducting Rs. 2,000 from the amount.

5. No interest is paid on any refund of fees or deposits.

6. The caution deposit is adjustable against damage to, or loss of, library books, laboratory equipment, technology facilities, and other school assets. The caution deposit will be refunded, without interest, after adjustment for any outstanding dues, upon completion of the child’s studies or withdrawal from the school.

7. All withdrawal or refund requests must be submitted by the parents in writing, either in person, by mail (post), or by email. The school will acknowledge receipt. Telephone messages are not acceptable.
